Premium pre-sale registration is now open. Early bird general admission registration will open on Tuesday, March 19. NECSS early bird pricing will be available through Friday June 15. We encourage everyone to register early!
Premium Passes include: all 3 main conference days, workshop seelction, the SGU Private Show, all ancillary events, backstage lunch with speakers, preferred conference seating, special conference swag, and more!
Please note that all events are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis and may not be available if already sold out. We are unable to guarantee which speakers will be available to attend the backstage lunch; however, we do our best to encourage all speakers to attend!
Lunch breaks will be provided, however lunch is not included with conference registration. Numerous food establishments are located within short walking distance of the conference venue. Please note, food and drink items are not allowed in the main conference hall.
New York City Skeptics, New England Skeptical Society, Skeptics’ Guide to the Universe, and Society for Science-Based Medicine members receive a 10% discount on general admission conference registration. Discount codes will be provided to members shortly after registration opens. If you are a member of the above organizations and have not yet received your code please contact each organization directly directly.
Member discounts are limited to one discounted registration per member and apply to general admission registrations only. Student registrations and Premium Passes are not eligible for member discounts. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively.
Student registrations are open to high school, college, and graduate students under the age of 26. College and graduate students will be asked to provide a valid student ID when checking in at NECSS.
Discounted conference registration is available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact us for additional information.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Transferability
NECSS conference registrations and registrations for ancillary events are not transferable. Please contact us if you are registered for the conference or ancillary events and will be unable to attend. A 50% cancellation refund will be issued prior to April 30, 2019. After April 30, 2019 we will be unable to issue any refunds. Student sponsorship donations are not refundable in the event of conference cancellation.
