Saul Hymes

Saul Hymes, MD, FAAP, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Stony Brook University School of Medicine / Stony Brook Children’s Hospital. He obtained his MD from Columbia University, completed pediatric residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, and then completed fellowship training in pediatric infectious diseases at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital/Columbia University. He has significant interest in the use of traditional and social media to promote science-based health information and can often be found on Twitter (@IDDocHymes) trying (and failing) to rationally engage the anti-vaccine community. He blogs infrequently at infectious-ideas.org.
