You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an e-ticket link after you register. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your registration was successful.
Please PRINT and bring your e-ticket with you to the conference. Your printed e-ticket alone will NOT allow you admittance to the conference; a conference badge is required. Conference badges will be available for early pick-up from 2-5PM on Thursday July 12 in the first floor Haft Auditorium lobby. Badges will then be available starting at 8:30AM on Friday July 13 and throughout the conference in the first floor Haft Auditorium lobby. Please have your printed e-ticket and photo ID ready to pick up your conference badge (students must present a valid student ID). Workshop attendees may pick up their conference badges at the workshop rooms on Thursday.
All conference attendees must be present to pick up their own badge. You will not be able to pick up badges for another attendee.
Premium Passes include: all 3 main conference days, all workshops, SGU Private Show, all ancillary events, backstage lunch with speakers, preferred conference seating, special conference swag, and more! After registering, Premium Pass holders will be sent an email and asked to select their t-shirt size, the workshops they would like to attend, the preferred day of their backstage lunch, as well as other relevant information. Due to space limitation, Premium Pass holders will have a limited time to provide this information on a first come, first serve basis. These reserved slots at ancillary events wand backstage will then be released to other conference attendees. Ancillary events are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis and may not be available if already sold out. Please note that we are unable to guarantee which speakers will be available to attend the backstage lunch; however, we do our best to encourage all speakers to attend!
Lunch breaks will be provided, however lunch is not included with conference registration. Numerous food establishments are located within short walking distance of the conference venue. Please note, food and drink items are not allowed in the main conference hall.
Member discounts are limited to one discounted registration per member and apply to general admission registrations only. Student registrations and Premium Passes are not eligible for member discounts. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts retroactively.
Student registrations are open to high school, college, and graduate students under the age of 26. College and graduate students will be asked to provide a valid student ID when checking in at NECSS.
Discounted conference registration is available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact us for additional information.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Transferability
NECSS conference registrations and registrations for ancillary events are not transferable. Please contact us if you are registered for the conference or ancillary events and will be unable to attend. A 50% cancellation refund will be issued prior to May 18, 2018. After May 18, 2018 we will be unable to issue any refunds. Student sponsorship donations are not refundable in the event of conference cancellation.
