Ticketing Procedure
A registration confirmation will be e-mailed to you after purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your registration was successful.
The confirmation e-mail is NOT your conference ticket. Conference tickets will be available for pick up at the registration table the morning of the conference (doors will open at 9AM sharp) and at Drinking Skeptically on Friday April 20th. All registrants must provide a state or government issued photo ID when picking up tickets. If you are purchasing tickets for someone else, only the ticket purchaser will be able to pick up the tickets.
New York City Skeptics and New England Skeptical Society Member Discounts
Discount codes will be e-mailed to all current NYC Skeptics and NESS members. If you are a NYCS/NESS member and have not yet received your code please contact NYC Skeptics or the NESS directly. Member ticket discounts are limited to one ticket per member.
Refunds
Please contact us if you are registered for the conference and will be unable to attend. A 50% refund will be issued for conference registrations only prior to February 15, 2012. After February 15, 2012 we will be unable to issue any refunds. Fundraising reception, museum visits, and student sponsorship donations are not refundable.
