Registration Confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with an e-ticket link after you register. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail please contact us as soon as possible to ensure your registration was successful.

Please PRINT and bring your e-ticket with you to the conference. Your printed e-ticket alone will NOT allow you admittance to the conference; a conference badge is required. Conference badges will be available starting at 2:00 PM, Thursday April 9 at Haft Auditorium. Please have your printed e-ticket and photo ID ready to pick up your conference badge (students must present a valid student ID). Workshop attendees may pick up their conference badges at the workshop rooms on Thursday.

All conference attendees must be present to pick up their own badge. You will not be able to pick up badges for another attendee.

Group Discounts

Discounted conference registration is available for groups of 15 or more. Please contact us for additional information.

Member Discounts

NYC Skeptics and NESS members receive a 15% discount on conference registration. Discount codes will be e-mail shortly after registration opens (please contact either group to join). If you are a NYCS/NESS member and have not yet received your code please contact NYC Skeptics or the NESS directly. Member discounts are limited to one discounted registration per member.

Discounts apply to general admission registrations only and cannot be applied retroactively.

Early Bird Pricing

NECSS early bird pricing is available from January 8 through March 23, 2015 (approximately two weeks before the conference), when main conference registration will increase 25%. We encourage everyone to register early!

Additional Information

Main conference registration is required to attend ancillary conference events except for the SGU Skeptical Extravaganza and Fundraising Reception.

Student Registrations are open to high school, college, and graduate students. College and graduate students will be asked to provide a valid student ID when checking in at NECSS.

Lunch

A lunch break will be provided, however lunch is not included with conference registration. Numerous restaurants and food establishments are located within short walking distance of the conference hall. Please note, food and drink items are not allowed in the conference hall.

Cancellations & Refunds

NECSS conference registrations are not transferrable. Please contact us if you are registered for the conference or optional events and will be unable to attend. A 50% cancellation refund will be issued prior to February 20, 2015. After February 20, 2015 we will be unable to issue any refunds. Please note that student sponsorship donations are not refundable.
