The Story Collider

This year we have joined forces with NECSS-speaker Brian Wecht and the crew at The Story Collider — a storytelling show featuring true, personal stories about science (in the style of The Moth or This American Life) — for a special NECSS-themed show. Several NECSS speakers will be participating, including Jamy Ian Swiss, Rebecca Watson, Jay Novella, Hai-Ting Chinn, and DJ Grothe.

The show will take place on Friday April 20th at 8PM at 92YTribecca, located at 200 Hudson Street (map). Regular admission to The Story Collider is $15, however NECSS attendees can purchase tickets for only $5 using a discount code (which will be e-mailed to NECSS attendees when they register).

The code will work when purchasing tickets online via the 92YTribecca ordering page or in person (although we encourage everyone to purchase online, as the show may be sold out if you wait to purchase tickets at the door). When using the code to purchase tickets online, enter the code in the promotional code box, located above the Details and Ordering section in the upper right hand corner of the page, THEN click on “buy tickets”.
