Exhibiting at NECSS 2012 is a fantastic way to increase your organization’s exposure to the scientific and skeptical communities. We expect a full house of attendees from New York City, the tri-State area, and beyond.

A limited number of exhibitor space will be available at the 2012 conference. In an effort to increase the exposure of NECSS exhibitors to conference attendees, Tinker Auditorium will be available during breaks and throughout the conference as both an exhibitors room as well as a refreshment and socializing space.

Exhibitor Details

Exhibit times:

  • 9:00AM – 6:00PM Saturday and Sunday

Exhibit rates:

  • Saturday or Sunday: $75
  • Both days: $100

Exhibit space includes:

  • One 6′ table.
  • Pipe and drape.
  • 2 chairs.
  • One identification sign.
  • Electrical outlet available (must notify in advance).

Please note:

  • Exhibition space is limited. We cannot guarantee space will be available at the time of your request.
  • We reserve the right to limit exhibitor space to groups and organizations whose missions are consistent with the NECSS conference.
  • Exhibition space rental does not include admission to the main conference auditorium. A limited number of discounted conference registrations are available for NECSS exhibitors.
